Roti bawang berdaun ketumbar


Berjumpa lagi di pagi yang ceria ini. Seawal pagi membuat report masakan haha macam lah ada gaji.
Hehe kita memang suka menulis jadi kenalah ada subject nyer kan. Apapun yang nak di kongsi kan pada pagi ini adalah cerita makan malam semalam.
Semenjak berganjak usia permakanan pun berubah . Jika dulu makan nasi malam pun tak ada masaalah sekarang kena berhati hati..kegemukan,kolestrol dan bermacam lagi. Oleh yang demikian saya pun kena lah mengawal menu makan malam jika boleh simple tanpa berminyak. Wakaka kadangkala tersasar juga...kira sorry laa..
Hidangan semalam saya buat roti bawang  berdaun ketumbar setelah di alih bahasakan. Masakan roti India yang sedap lagi simple.

Resepi nya saya ambil dari Gert - My kitchen Snippet dan saya salin semula resepinya sebagai rujukan tanpa mengubah apa apa. Boleh juga ke blog beliau yang lebih terperinci.


Green Onion and Cilantro flat bread

1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 Cup water (you might need another 1-2 tbsp)
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp chopped green onion

1. Combined flour and salt together. Then add in the oil and water. Knead into smooth dough. If the dough is too stiff you might want to add another tbsp of water.
2. Add in the chopped cilantro and green onion. Continue to knead for a few minutes. Rest the dough for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover with wet towel, so that dough doesn't dry out.
3. Give the dough a few more knead and divide it into 6-8 balls of dough (depend on the size you like) and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
4. Heat up a non-stick pan over medium high heat; brush it lightly with a bit of oil. Pan-fried the bread on both side until lightly brown (once you start seeing some color, air pockets will form) you have to press them down with a spatula for even cooking.
5. Remove the bread and serve it warm with some curry or you can use it as a wraps

sedapnya roti bawang tu akak pun tingin je nak buat bila ada lebihan kari boleh lah utk cicah hee
