banana crumble muffin


Muffin yang di buat tempohari. Hari ini barulah sempat menyambung kembali aktiviti  membuat muffin. 
Selepas membuat muffin pandan dua kali adunan masih tidak mencukupi lagi. Sebab saiz muffin nie sedarhana maka saya telah membuat dua adunan sekaligus dapat menghasilkan 30 biji . Alhamdulilah baru dapat 60 biji kesemuanya.

Kali ini saya mengunakan resepi dari blog Rima...sangat lembut dan sedap. Apatah lagi proses menyediakan adunan pun mudah.

Resepi ini akan menjadi rujukan saya  sebab sedap sangat. Terima kasih ye Rima .



Banana crumble muffin

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas mashed
1 egg lightly beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar

Topping
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter - cubed
1/8 tsp cinnamon


Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.

2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 c flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 - 20 min. until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

salam Noor wah ada banana crumble nampak sangat sedap harus d cuba ni nnt tunggu ada pisang dulu baru bestttt, nk minta pun jauh sngt lah
