Selamat pagi...haaa awal pagi dah ada entri ...sebenarnya roti nie di buat malam semalam. Sebelum makan malam kita masukan kesemua bahan dalam Bm dan terus ada doh yang lembut dan kenyal. Selepas habis tugasan seliakan meja makan barulah senang nak membentuk serta membakar dan pagi nie kita tak payah risau sebab dah tersedia.
Gambar kat bawah nie...roti menunggu giliran untuk di bakar. Warna merah di atas roti tu saya letak serbuk paprika bercampur sedikit serbuk garam haha nie saya pandai pandai tambah . Dalam resepi guna serbuk cili tapi saya tak ada benda nie -dah habis.
Hasilnya roti yang di bakar nampak kemerahkan tetapi tidak pedas tau. Bila di makan terasa enak cheese . Saya sangat suka pada resepi nie sebagai rujukan .
Butter Egg Rolls

Ingredients
270g bread flour
30g plain flour
1 tsp instant yeast
3g bread improver
30g sugar
50g milk
3 eggs
30g salted butter
Filling
Chesdale Cheese slices

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients together (except butter) in a mixer & beat until a dough is formed.
2. Add in butter & beat again until the dough is smooth.
3. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll out one dough into a thin long stripe. Place a piece of cheese in it & roll up.
4. Proof the dough for 1hr.
5. Egg wash the rolls & sprinkle a dash of chili powder.
6. Bake in a preheated oven @ 180°C for 10mins
