Carot sheet cake yng sangat sesuai untuk di makan pada petang hari. Ianya agak simple dan cepat di sediakan dengan deko yang minimal tapi dari segi rasa sama je dengan kek yang di bakar dalam acuan tinggi. Kek yang di bakar dalam tray type cepat di masak dan kita lapiskan dengan cream cheese.
Carot sheet cake
4 eggs
1 cup vegetables oil
2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups shredded carrot
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
In in mixing bowl, beat eggs,oil and sugar untul smooth.
Combine flour,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon and salt add to egg mixture and beat well. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
Frost with cheese once cool.
